Access to ScholarStack is provisioned by your institution. Professors and administrators receive invitation emails; students are enrolled by their instructors or imported in bulk.
For Professors & Administrators
- Check your institutional email for a ScholarStack invitation.
- Click the link in the email to set your password and complete your profile.
- Go to scholarstackai.com and log in with your email and password.
For Students
- Your professor or administrator will enroll you in ScholarStack.
- You'll receive an invitation email — click the link to create your password.
- After setup, log in at scholarstackai.com.
Resetting Your Password
- Click "Forgot password?" on the login page.
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email and click the link to create a new password.
Account Issues
If you cannot log in, contact your institution's ScholarStack administrator. If your account has been deactivated, you'll see a notification on the login screen.
Account Types & What Each Can Do
- Student — view materials, chat with agents, take quizzes, submit assignments, do voice practice. Cannot see other students' data.
- Member (Instructor) — create and manage courses, agents, resources, quizzes. See their own students' analytics.
- ORG_ADMIN — everything a Member can do, plus: manage all instructors, see all student data, configure integrations, view AI costs, change org settings.
