ScholarStack connects with external services to extend its capabilities. All integrations are configured from Dashboard → Integrations.
Available Integrations
- Zoom — record and transcribe class meetings; notes and recordings automatically appear in student courses
- Canvas LMS — import Canvas courses and use the Canvas AI assistant
- Primo — search your institution's library catalog from within ScholarStack
- LibKey — link resources directly to your library's full-text access
- Academic Calendar — sync term dates and institutional calendar events
Setting Up an Integration
Click any integration tile on the Integrations page to begin setup. Each integration has its own configuration steps, typically involving an API key or OAuth login. Follow the on-screen instructions for each service.
Required Permissions
Most integrations require ORG_ADMIN access to configure. Once set up, all professors and students in your organization benefit from the integration automatically.

ScholarStack connects with the tools your institution already uses to reduce friction and data re-entry:
- Canvas LMS — import courses, sync rosters, and pull quiz questions from Canvas directly into ScholarStack
- Zoom — automatically transcribe class sessions and generate AI lecture notes after every meeting
- Google Drive — import documents and slides directly from your Drive into course resources (coming soon)
- Microsoft OneDrive / SharePoint — import files from institutional OneDrive storage (coming soon)
- SSO / Identity Providers — Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure AD, and any SAML 2.0 compliant IdP for single sign-on
